10 minutes from the Atlantic ocean beaches and very popular with families, and surfers, Belle Epoque estate welcomes you from April to October.
On the estate, we can accommodate you in one of our 11 gîtes or in our magnificent château with its 5 guest rooms. In the estate gardens we have a number of free activities for our guests :
- A shared outside swimming pool
- Tennis court and ping-pong table with rackets provided
- Boules pitch for a boules or croquet match
- Play areas for children
- Lake and bamboo grove
The gîtes are situated throughout the estate grounds and each have an historical name linked to the château
You are visiting gîte Le Régisseur. A very comfortable detached house that accommodates 11 people in its 4 bedrooms. It has a view over the château and the estate grounds.
The gîte is fully equipped, we provide bed linen and bathroom linen.

Gîte Le Régisseur accommodates up to 11 people
Rental from Saturday to Saturday
- Area: 130 m2
- Dining room and equipped kitchen (stove, refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher and washing machine)
- On the ground floor a living room with a sofa bed and a bathroom and a separate toilet
- Four bedrooms upstairs including two doubles, one bedroom with three single beds and one bedroom with two single beds
- Two bathrooms and two separate toilets upstairs
- Furnished terrace with barbecue
- Free WIFI available near the Château

Gîte Le Régisseur can be booked from Saturday to Saturday only, in all the season. In low season and mid season you may reserve for a minimum of two nights.

Did you know: Régisseur, was a very important person?
Le Régisseur, or the “financial manager” looked after the properties, estates, land...on the behalf of property owners.
If the property owner wasn’t present, the financial manager became the overall manager. He would then be responsible for all the château and farm personnel. Some took advantage of this.
