Group Gîte with reception hall at Château
Getting everyone together when there’s a large number of people is sometimes difficult. At Belle Epoque estate, by selection a number or all of our gîtes, it is possible to accommodate a large group. Château Belle epoque welcomes you in Les Landes only 10 minutes from the Atlantic ocean beaches, ideal for surfers.
Surrounded by nearly 4 hectares of beautiful woodland, we have renovated our outbuildings into wonderful gîtes. The old stables buildings alone, designed by Gustave Eiffel, can accommodate up to 49 people.
Be it for a get together between friends or family, a weekend for cycling lovers, surfing, or any other reason, stay in our large gîte. For your group evening event you can rent a reception hall. Everything you need for a perfect day.

Eiffel lodgings: Cabriolet, Calèche, Fiacre et Sellerie
There are four gîtes in the old stable buildings, whose metallic structure was designed by Gustav Eiffel. They are industrial style terraced houses that can accommodate up to 20 people.
The each have their own terrace with barbecue, chairs, table and a parasol.
They are all furnished with double and single beds. You only need to bring your own sheets, pillow cases and towels. You can however rent them at the Château if needed.
The garden gîtes : Gardien, Pigeonnier, Cocher et Régisseur
As well as the Eiffel gîtes, these are 4 more gîtes. They are large semi detached houses.
They are equipped as the other gîtes, and can accommodate up to 40 people. From the terrace area you have a wonderful view of the château or the grounds. They are ideal for large families or groups of friend. They are spacious and bright and ensure that you will have a wonderful stay.
The individual houses : Bûcheron, Serre and Jardinier
The individual houses are all close to the Eiffel gîtes and are spread out in the grounds. They can accommodate up to 16/18 people.

You can also enjoy the various activities on the estate: the shared swimming pool, tennis court, ping-pong table, boules pitch, play areas... And many other activities at less than a quarter of an hour from your lodgings.
You can park in the private car park of Belle Epoque estate that is situated on the periphery of the estate and can accommodate more than 100 cars.
A reception hall for your group meetings
If you so wish we can provide a reception hall, ideal for your evening events, or a large dinner party.
Isolated in the heart of the park is the Landais house, whose hall is 135 m². It’s an old restaurant and the ground floor is perfect for accommodating a large group of up to 70 people. The old restaurant kitchens offer all one needs to organise the perfect dinner party.
On the side of the building there is a terrace which allows you to enjoy the outdoors on a sunny day or evening.
If necessary we can also provide a marquee which accommodates up to 180 people. We are very used to accommodating and organising weddings, seminars, birthdays... and we have a good network of partners for all needs. Photographer, DJ, florist, caterers... all those little extras that will make your event unforgettable.
